Every job starts with a Request #, is arranged in the TrustTrade chat, gets a price both sides agree on, and ends with a Verified Job ID. No verified job, no review.

Find a business on TrustTrade and tap “Request this pro”. Tell us what you need and confirm your phone with a quick text code. You get a Request # (like R-1042) and a private link to follow your job.

Chat on TrustTrade, then the pro enters the agreed price
The pro messages you in the chat on your private request page. Work out the details and the price there. Once you agree, they enter the price on your request.

You confirm the price: the job is booked
Open your private link and confirm the price. Now the job is officially booked through TrustTrade, and the pro gets your service address so they can show up.

The pro does the job and marks it Done
When the work is finished, the business marks the job Done. If the final price changed, they enter the new one.

Verified Job ID: your review is unlocked
Once you both confirm, TrustTrade issues a Verified Job ID (like TT-1042-7F). Use it to leave your review, and it shows on the business’s profile with a “Verified job” badge.

Month end: businesses pay only on completed jobs
Joining TrustTrade is free for businesses, with no subscription. At the end of each month, a business pays 5% of each job completed and confirmed through TrustTrade, never more than $500 per job. Homeowners pay nothing extra.

The no-contact rule
Everything stays on TrustTrade. Like Uber or Airbnb.
Customers and pros talk only in the TrustTrade chat on each request. Phone numbers, emails, links, social handles and “text me / WhatsApp me” are never exchanged.
- Every message is checked before it's delivered. One with contact info is blocked and never reaches the other side.
- 1st try: blocked with a warning. 2nd try: the account is suspended automatically.
- A suspended business is hidden from TrustTrade and can't receive requests. TrustTrade reviews every case.
- Your phone and email are only used by TrustTrade and for Find my job. The pro never sees them.

Questions, answered.
Is TrustTrade free for homeowners?
Yes. Requesting a pro, following your job and leaving a verified review cost homeowners nothing.
Why can’t I see a pro’s phone number or website?
Every job on TrustTrade starts with a request, so it gets a Request # and can earn a verified review. Send a request from the business’s profile and the pro messages you in the TrustTrade chat. Phone numbers and emails are never exchanged, in either direction.
Do I need an account?
No. After you send a request you get a private link. That’s where you chat with the pro, confirm the price, confirm the job is done, and leave your review. Keep it to yourself: anyone with the link can confirm for you.
I lost my request link. How do I get back to it?
Go to Find my job and verify the phone number you used with a 6-digit code we text you. You go straight to your private job page. After you send a request you can also text or email the link to yourself.
How do I talk to the pro?
In the chat on your private request page. The pro answers from their TrustTrade portal, and you'll see a new-message count when they write. Keep everything there: messages with phone numbers, emails, links or “contact me outside the app” are blocked, and a second try suspends the account.
Why can't we just swap numbers?
For your protection. When everything stays on TrustTrade there's a record of what was agreed, the job can earn a verified review, and TrustTrade can step in if something goes wrong. It's the same rule Uber and Airbnb use.
When does the pro get my address?
Only after you confirm the price and the job is booked. Before that, they see your first name and city / zip.
What if the price changes?
When the business marks the job Done, they can enter a new final price. You see both prices and confirm the new one. If it isn’t right, don’t confirm and message the pro first.
Where does the Verified Job ID come from?
TrustTrade issues it after the business marks the job Done and you confirm it. It appears on your private request page, right above the review form.
Can a business delete bad reviews?
No. A business can’t edit or remove a review once it’s posted.
What stops someone from faking a review?
A review needs a Verified Job ID, and that only exists after a business and a customer both confirm a real job with a real price. Each ID can be used once.
Which areas do you cover?
South Florida first: Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, from Miami to Jupiter.
What does TrustTrade cost a business?
Joining is free and there’s no subscription. You only pay 5% of the final price on jobs you complete through TrustTrade, with a maximum of $500 per job. Example: a $375 job is $18.75; a $15,000 job is $500. You’re invoiced once a month for the jobs customers confirmed that month.
What is a founding partner?
The first 5 businesses TrustTrade approves are founding partners. They pay no commission on jobs confirmed in their first 30 days after approval, and can show a Founding Pro badge on their profile.
How does my business get listed?
Fill out the short form on the List your business page. TrustTrade meets every owner in person before approving them. Once approved, you get a private portal where you enter agreed prices and mark jobs Done.
