Reviews you can believe, because each one came from a real job.

Fake reviews are everywhere.

If you've hired a roofer, a plumber or an AC company lately, you know the drill. Every business has five stars. Half the reviews read like they were written by the same person. Some were. Reviews get bought in bulk, swapped between friends, or posted by competitors to sink the business down the street.

Homeowners end up guessing. And the honest local pros who actually earned their reputation get lost in the noise.

So we tied every review to a real job.

On TrustTrade, every job starts with a request. The business enters the price you agreed, you confirm it, and when the work is done you both confirm again. Only then does TrustTrade issue a Verified Job ID, and it's the only way to leave a review. Each ID works once. No job, no review. No second review from the same job.

That means every review on a TrustTrade profile comes from someone the business actually worked for. Simple to understand, hard to game.

South Florida first.

We're starting where we live, from Miami to Jupiter. Hurricane season, salt air, year-round AC, pools in every other backyard: South Florida homes need a lot of trusted help, and the stakes of hiring the wrong person are high. We'd rather do one region right than a whole country badly.
